There are eight agricultural festivals that farmers used to mark the times of the year when they were to sow, reap, celebrate, rest, and take stock.

Although often thought of as pagan holidays, these feast days were a way for farmers to connect with the earth, their food, their world, and their gods.

Beginning with Lammas or Lughnasadh on August 1st, we will be running The Wheel of the Year with some lore, a few recipes, and maybe a little bit of magic. We look forward to celebrating all of the feast days with you.
